The purchase, possession, sale and exploitation, even exclusively by and in favor of the company, of titles, securities, shares, bonds, obligations, patents, licenses, brands, labels, trade names and all kinds of industrial property belongings or intellectual, including any other class of movable property; all this without affecting the activities neither operations regulated by the legislation of Collective Investment Institutions and the Securities Market Law.  it is understood that with respect to such activities the function of the company is that of mediator or intermediary in their performance. The activities regulated in the legislation of Collective Investment Institutions and the Stock Market are expressly excluded.

The activities that make up the corporate purpose may be carried out, totally or partially, indirectly, through the ownership of shares or participations in companies with the same or similar purpose. If the legal provisions require for the exercise of any of the activities included in the corporate purpose a professional title or registration in public registers, such activities must be carried out through a person who holds said professional ownership and, where appropriate, may not be started before the administrative requirements have been met. All those activities for which the law requires special requirements that are not met by this company are excluded.
